Engine 14 Firehouse, 27 Centre St /September 28, 2011 by Jason Turgeon

The firehouse at 27 Centre St operated from 1860 until 1974.  After 37 years of vacancy (!), it is currently being renovated by Youthbuild Boston.  Let’s hope they got some good pictures of the inside before they started demo.

I've written a couple of blogs in my time. I no longer actively maintain them, but I present them here for archival purposes.
